Refunds

You have 7 days after receiving your product to request a return if one of the following applies:

  • The product is damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product has a misprint.

It must also be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Shipping

Orders usually arrive in 7-10 days and we provide tracking and assistance to all our customers. We do not ship outside the United States, yet. The customer is responsible for filing all claims.

Does Wild Wind have a physical store or pickup points?

Not yet! For now, Wild Wind is a 100% online store and we do not have a physical store or pickup points. All orders are shipped directly to the address you provide at checkout.

How long will shipping take?

Orders usually arrive in 7-10 Days. We provide tracking and assistance to all our customers. WILD WIND is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages by the carrier.

Do I get a tracking number?

Yes. Once you have made a purchase, a tracking number will be sent to you automatically via email. With this number, you can track the status of your package.

Do you accept refunds / returns?

We do not accept refunds or returns, unless your item(s) comes damaged or wrong, in terms of color or model.

How do I start a refund request?

In the unlikely case of a damaged or wrong item, please email us at contact@wildwind.store within 7 days to correct the issue. Unfortunately, we cannot help you after a week or if the item has been worn/used.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if the order have not entered into the printing process. All apparel is Printed To Order. Orders that have begun printing will be fulfilled normally and may not be cancelled. 

Which countries does Wild Wind ship to?

For now, we only offer our services to customers in the United States. However, our goal is to keep growing and expand to other countries soon. Wish us luck!
